These terms govern use of Tabbaba by clinics and their authorized users.
Effective date: 18 June 2026
1. Acceptance
By using Tabbaba, the clinic and its authorized users agree to these terms and the policies associated with the service.
2. Acceptable use
- Provide accurate information, protect login credentials, and manage user access appropriately.
- Use the service lawfully and do not send spam or harmful, deceptive, or unauthorized content.
- Obtain required consent to process patient data and contact patients through WhatsApp.
- Do not disrupt the service, gain unauthorized access, or copy protected components.
3. Clinic and patient data
The clinic retains ownership of its data and is responsible for lawful collection and accuracy. Tabbaba processes data to provide, support, and secure the service under the Privacy Policy.
4. Third-party services
Some features depend on providers such as Meta, WhatsApp, hosting, and payment services. Those features may be affected by their changes, outages, or policies, and their terms apply to the use of their services.
5. Subscription and availability
The agreed plan defines features, limits, and fees. We may perform necessary maintenance or updates and aim to minimize disruption and communicate material changes when practical.
6. Medical responsibility
Tabbaba is an administrative technology tool, not a substitute for professional medical judgment. Qualified care providers remain responsible for diagnosis, treatment, and clinical decisions.
7. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for security risk, misuse, or non-payment under the applicable agreement. On termination, clinic data export or deletion is handled according to the contract and Privacy Policy.
8. Updates
We may update these terms when the product or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised terms and effective date on this page.
